Shedid & Parrish Brand Launch Activations

New-to-market haircare brand Shedid & Parrish has been specifically designed for curly and textured hair. Founder Jessica Parrish spent many years trying to find natural hair products that both cared for and styled her curls. As an adopted, mixed race child, Jessica’s parents did not know how to look after her hair and rarely did salon stylists, nor were there specific products available and these were the key drivers for her to create Shedid & Parrish.
With such an incredible story behind the brand, we knew it would be key to launch Shedid & Parrish to the UK media with Jessica at the forefront. As such, we organised several 1-1 appointments for Jessica with key journalists from Glamour, PopSugar, Hello!, Woman & Home and Stylist. Prior to the virtual meeting each journalist received the product range in a beautiful, yet sustainable, branded box.
To elevate the launch further and present the brand to a wider group of journalists and influencers, we organised a Zoom launch event on Wednesday 17th March. On the day, we were joined by a fabulous range of attendees from ELLE, Get the Gloss, Daily Mail, Platinum and Bella, as well as influencers like Fresh Lengths, Abbie Curls and Penny Fro Real. In anticipation of the event, we sent each attendee a Shedid & Parrish package complete with the Shampoo, Conditioner and a Styling product, as well as delicious branded biscuits.
